Rates and Service Charge

The rates payable for the year 22/23 are £37,750 pa. A service charge is levied to cover the maintenance of common areas within the building, for the current service charge year this equates to £25,081 pa. The tenant will also reimburse the landlord for a fair proportion of the building’s insurance.
